Food Bank
Who Can Access the Food Bank?
To use the Food Bank, clients must:
Complete a short assessment with a member of our team.
Live in Stone or the surrounding villages.
Meet the eligibility criteria discussed during the assessment.
Once assessed and registered, clients can access the Food Bank once per week.
Opening Times - Our Food Bank is open: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:30pm.
At Stone Community Hub, we understand that people can sometimes need extra support. Our Food Bank provides essential food supplies to help individuals and families who are experiencing financial hardship.
Our aim is to provide support in a welcoming, respectful, and confidential environment. Our team is available to offer guidance and signpost clients to additional services that may be helpful.

Daily Lunches & Refreshments
Freshly Prepared Lunches Monday to Friday at 12:00pm, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a nutritious meal in a warm and welcoming environment.
To ensure everyone is catered for and to help reduce food waste, lunches must be ordered by 11:30am on the day.
Tea, coffee, and other refreshments are available throughout the day, Monday to Friday.
Free for Everyone - All lunches and refreshments provided at Stone Community Hub are completely free of charge. While there is no charge for food or drinks, donations are always welcome.
At Stone Community Hub, we believe that sharing food and spending time together helps create a stronger, more connected community.
We provide freshly prepared lunches, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a nutritious meal in a warm and welcoming environment. Our lunchtime service is a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and enjoy good food in a friendly community setting. Whether you're attending one of our activities, accessing support services, or simply looking for company, you're welcome to join us.
Donations can be placed in our donation boxes located around the Hub. Any contributions, no matter how small, help us continue providing meals, refreshments, and support for our local community.
Enjoy a delicious lunch, a hot drink, and a friendly welcome at Stone Community Hub. Don't forget to place your lunch order by 11:30am for our 12:00pm service.

How We Can Help
At Stone Community Hub, we provide information, advice, and practical support to help you access the right services at the right time.
We work closely with GP practices, education providers, housing support services, and local charities to help ensure you receive the most appropriate support available.

We may be able to help with:
Finding a local gardener or trusted tradesperson
Accessing online services and using the internet
Completing forms and applications
Liaising with housing teams or other organisations on your behalf
Providing information about local services and community support
Support with some benefits-related enquiries
Energy advice and help finding the right provider
Connecting you with local groups and activities to reduce social isolation
Signposting you to specialist services that may be better suited to your needs
We understand that finding the right information can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we aim to provide support in a way that is easy to understand and at a pace that works for you.
We are also a Community Help Point. This means that if you contact Staffordshire Health and Social Care services or Staffordshire County Council for lower-level support needs, your details may be passed to us so that we can help you access the support you need
Assessment and Confidentiality
Before we begin supporting you, we will ask you to complete a short assessment form. This helps us gain a better understanding of your circumstances, identify the support you require, and determine how we can best assist you.
Any information you provide will be stored securely on our confidential client recording system. We will not share your information with other organisations or individuals without your permission, unless we are legally required to do so.

Our Hub provides a safe and inclusive space where people can meet new friends, build confidence, and feel connected to their local community. Many of our visitors enjoy coming along for companionship, conversation, and the opportunity to take part in a range of activities and groups.
Our staff and volunteers are always on hand to offer a warm welcome, a listening ear, and help if you need it.

Our fabulous group sessions include connect to work, carers support group, cookery sessions, parenting support, crafting group and seated exercise.
